Shipping & Returns
TG Bears offers USPS Priority mail on all sales. There is a shipping estimator on the shopping cart page.
Since all the bears at TG Bears are handmade, the bears will be shipped 2 – 5 business days after payment has been effected. If you need a bear shipped immediately, please contact TG Bears in this regard. A $10 rush fee will be charged in that case.
Returns are accepted for defective workmanship. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. TG Bears will evaluate the returned bear and should it be determined that the workmanship was indeed defective, the purchaser may choose a refund or a replacement. IN the event of a refund, the original cost of the bear and shipping will be refunded. The return shipping remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should TG Bears have shipped you the incorrect bear, please contact us within one business day on receipt of the same. Arrangements will then be made to send you the correct bear at no additional cost. Notification of an incorrect delivery later than one business day of the parcel having been delivered will not be considered.
